Service Recommendations

We use the following three codes to tell you about the severity of a problem: S, R or A.

• S - Severe or Safety
The repair should be performed immediately

• R = Recommended
The repair should be performed at the earliest convenient date.

• A = Advise
The condition should be monitored to avoid future problems.

Labor Charges

Our technicians' time is billed out at competitive rates. The total labor estimate is calculated by using either actual hours spent on the repair, referring to an industry approved labor time guide or by a job package menu price.

Parts

We use only high quality parts, backed by a national warranty. If requested, we will make available your replaced parts.
