The First Visit

On your first visit, we will ask you for your permission to perform a comprehensive bumper-to-bumper Vehicle Inspection so that we can discuss with you exactly what services are needed to put your vehicle in top shape, You can then decide what you want to have repaired and when.

On every visit, we offer a Courtesy inspection to keep you advised of any conditions that may have developed since your last visit.

We will set up a computerized file on your vehicle to keep track of every repair from that point forward. We will show you just how our system works and will review your regular service maintenance intervals and base them on your personal driving habits.

Follow Up Visits

We let you know when it;s time for scheduled service maintenance and what you can expect based on the information in your vehicle file.

Our facility is furnished with modern diagnostic and repair equipment, Only qualified technicians will work on your vehicle and we will never do any repairs without your authorization. Every time we repair your vehicle, we test it out, clean it out and call you a few days later to insure your total satisfaction with the service visit. All estimates are conducted in accordance with a strict code of ethics.

Year End Summary

We offer and will provide, upon request, a compete Vehicle History Report summarizing all repair and maintenance items and associated charges.
