• Every time we have brought one of our cars to Auto Tek we have come away highly impressed. Auto Tek has not only serviced our cars in a timely and efficient manner but has always gone above and beyond our expectations. Recently, we brought one of our cars in to be serviced and inspected. It was discovered that the car had two areas of concern. Aaron walked us through each trouble spot and made everything very easy to understand. He also worked with our extended warranty company to cover the parts and labor. So far, the only bad thing about going to Auto Tek is having to leave them behind when we move to North Carolina this fall.

• Today I had a 2:30pm appointment for an oil change on my 2001 Buick Century. On my way to your shop my rear view mirror had fallen off. Not wanting to break my appointment I drove on into your shop. When I arrived I told the girl behind the counter what had happend and if she could get one of the guys in the back to recommend me a product to put it on. She went a step further and got the guys to put a new bracket on for my rear view mirror. I wish I would have got her name. I am very pleased with the bracket and the charge was less than four dollars.
I bought a promotional deal with my first oil change free and discounts on many services. I was skeptical at first, but i know now that Auto Tek does good business. I will be taking my vehicle to your shop from now on.

•I just wanted to say "thank you" to your staff for always being so helpful. I first started going to Auto Tek with a VIP card and have stayed ever since because of your nice staff and customer service. Auto Tek is somewhat out of the way for me, but I will continue to go back there.
Ihad went to have my oil changed and brakes inspected. I was very pleased when you came back to me and said that my brakes were fine and that I didn't need anything done to them. Your honesty makes me feel like i can always trust your service guys.
